1. Say hi and ask if they’ve paid
2. If they’ve paid on Zeffy, go to the platform and
   1. Check the box next to their name
   2. If they paid for multiple people enter additional peoples’ names
3. If they have not paid, they can pay with these methods (in order of priority)
   1. Zeffy (vastly preferred) - go to the ticketing website and buy a ticket. Have them show you proof of ticket on their phone.
   2. Venmo- they can scan the QR code and pay within the sliding scale listed on Zeffy. Record their name, payment method as Venmo, and amount they paid. If their Venmo username isn’t their name, write that down too in the Check in Tallies
   3. Cash - put it in the cash box. Record their name, cash as payment method, and the amount in the spreadsheet.
4. Ask if they’d like to join the mailing list
5. Inform them about the photo policy.
   1. If they don’t want to be in photos, give them a black and white checkered wristband
   2. Otherwise give them a normal wristband
6. Thank them for coming and tell them to have fun
