Triple steps, done in sequence. Doing a variety of patterns to get one used to the different directions triple steps can go and transitioning between them.

The steps:
- Front ball front
- Back ball back
- Side ball front
- Side ball back
- Front ball side
- Back ball side
- Front ball back (almost front side back equivalent)
- front side front
- Back ball front (almost back side front equivalent)
- back side back

- front side front (equivalent to 2, more travel)
- front side back
- back side back
- back side front (equivalent to 3, more travel)
Do each step 4x, then repeat doing each step 2x, then 1x.
Start slow, increase tempo as you get the hang of it.
