Hey, thanks for volunteering! We have some guidelines for you so that we work together to make our dance events awesome!

1. Maintain a sense of professionalism when operating as a volunteer or representative of Hopcats. This includes not talking negatively about other organizers, artistic groups (like bands), or the greater dance community. Let’s try to be a positive influence!
2. Be respectful of beliefs and preferences when interacting with guests of Hopcats events. This includes asking a guest’s name, pronouns, and respecting any restrictions due to religion, dietary needs, or medical needs.
3. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience with Hopcats volunteering better for our future collaborations.
